Excellent hotel architecture

it was just off side downtown as well as the main restaurant, magnificent location overall.

Everything met expectation, had a nice stay during our visit. The hotel was big size, and the meals were outstanding, we really enjoyed the excellent location so close to lovely beach and sea otherwise really happy to leave and the a'la carte restaurant. The room was modern and huge with 2 bedrooms and the staff attentive. An electric kettle and glassware were nice!

The bar staff worked hard, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The noise from the disco/nightclub was unbearable, keeping us awake until the early hours.

The food was very good, fresh, and there was something for everyone. The kids loved the swimming pool and the playground. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

it would be nice to have some body lotion in the room, but that's just a minor issue.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the rich variety of food available and the refreshing drinks at the beach bar. The large outdoor swimming pool and the spa treatments really helped me unwind. Just a heads-up, the bed could've been a bit more comfy, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The hotel featured a well-maintained pool area, ideal for kids. The staff showed genuine friendliness. The buffet restaurant needs a better system to reduce wait times during peak hours. Bring your own reusable cups for drinks at the pool bar to enhance your experience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and a kids club. On my first stay, they helped me find a place to exchange money, and the staff takes great care of the rooms. Highly recommend visiting the patisserie for delicious treats! I'm coming back for a new year.

While the rooms are equipped with useful amenities like kettles and air conditioning, the cleanliness of the rooms was inconsistent, with complaints about some being not properly cleaned. The bars had limited hours, with one closing at midnight. Navigating around the hotel can also be confusing due to a lack of clear signage. For families, there's a children's area, but it lacks engaging options for older kids, which could lead to boredom.

The staff was friendly, especially during our lunch while we waited for check-in. Our family room was bothvery comfy and tidy, perfect for our needs. The variety of food options kept our meals exciting. The sea view from the pool was fine.

Appreciated our 5 nights here. Our double room included a safe, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. - the staff were really kind and super-friendly. - We had a memorable stay at this family-friendly hotel.
